What Is An On-Site Review?
An on-site review from the IWRC is a free, confidential, and non-regulatory service provided to Iowa small businesses with 200 or less employees. In order to provide our clients with the most beneficial services our specialists provide an on-site visit to businesses that request assistance.

On-Site Review Process:

1. IWRC specialist tours the facility to learn about operations and current waste management practices.

2. Within four weeks of the tour, the specialist prepares a report highlighting relevant regulations and identifying pollution prevention opportunities. This report is confidential and provided only to the business.

3. Six months later, the IWRC specialist will follow-up to see if the client used any of the suggested recommendations and to see if any additional assistance is needed.

Environmental consultants are expensive and many small businesses do not have the time and resources to keep up with regulatory changes. This is what makes the on-site reviews so beneficial for clients. Not only will you receive free service, but also the most up-to-date information on the specific regulations that directly affect your business.

IWRC's on-site review service is a terrific opportunity for small businesses. IWRC can supply you with the necessary information to obtain and maintain regulatory compliance, avoid penalties and fines, reduce material waste, and potentially save your business time and money.

Take advantage of this ‘no-lose’ situation today.
