The IWRC currently has two newsletters that offer up-to-date information about what is happening in Iowa and nationally in regards to small business and environmental news.
In-The-Loop
This bi-weekly e-mail newsletter compiles news from a variety of sources including the EPA, IDNR, and other environmental and small business associations. Let us do the searching for news for you and send it all to you in one e-mail. To subscribe, please click here.
Closed Loop
The refurbished Closed Loop is a quarterly e-mail newsletter updating you on the IWRC. News about each program is featured to let you know what is going on with the IWRC and how our services can benefit you. To subscribe, please click here.

The IWRC has the archives of old newsletters available for you to search. Feel free to scan or search to find what you are looking for.
EnviroWire
The EnviroWire archive contains numerous articles regarding all aspects of small business environmental issues. Everything from waste management to recycling permits can be found.
Closed Loop
The retired versions of the Closed Loop include regulatory updates, waste reduction techniques and other related issues. An Iowa Waste Exchange insert is included to assist companies in exchanging reusable by-products. The Closed Loop can be viewed as a web page.
Ahead of the PACE
Ahead of the PACE was more of a magazine format than other news sent by the IWRC. It included information on pollution prevention, regulations, and technology for painting and coating. It was a part of the Painting and Coating Compliance Enhancement program and ran quarterly from 1999 – 2004.
