When a small business has a question about air emissions, Jennifer is there with an answer. She has been with the IWRC since August 2007. First as a graduate research assistant for two years, then as a program assistant until January 2010 before being hired as an environmental specialist in February 2010. During that time, Jennifer primarily worked with the Iowa Air Emissions Assistance Program, developed multiple regulatory tools and resources including Paint Tracker and GrainPTE, and provided environmental assistance and compliance support to Iowa small businesses. In July 2016, Jen's hard work for the IAEAP was recognized when she became the program manager. 

As program manager, Jen works closely with the Iowa DNR and IAEAP staff to ensure requirements of the program are not only met, but that the program continues to provide resourceful assistance and tools for Iowa small businesses' air emission needs. She earned her B.A. in Earth Science Education with a minor Chemistry Education from the University of Northern Iowa.
