After this engaging conversation, you’ll have the opportunity to see food waste reduction in action as two teams of students from the DMACC Iowa Culinary Institute compete to prepare the best meals using kitchen scraps as ingredients with a panel of judges awarding the best tasting and most innovative dishes.
