John Polanski

Mr. Polanski researched, wrote, testified and lobbied for a bill that changed Minnesota state law regarding the feeding of food by-products to livestock to more closely parallel the federal law; the Swine Health Protection Act. The bill was passed unanimously by both the State Senate and the House of Representatives and signed into law by the Governor on April 1st, 1992.
