Susan Casey

Susan, as Zero Waste Schools Program Manager, helps schools along a path to zero waste through source reduction, recycling, composting, and food recovery. Prior to Seven Generations Ahead, Susan taught science in Chicago Public Schools. She is also a member of the Illinois Food Scrap Coalition and the Illinois Wasted Food Solutions group.
