The 2016 Minor Source Emission Inventory (MSEI) is required for portable plants and facilities in the central third of the state by May 15, 2017.

SLEISTo help get started, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources is hosting four training sessions throughout the next month to provide training on the State & Local Emission Inventory System (SLEIS) web-based application that allows permitted facilities to compile and submit emissions inventory data.
