Managed By

Tobyhanna Army Depot is the largest, full-service electronics maintenance facility in the Department of Defense (DoD) with a mission of total sustainment, including design, manufacture, repair and overhaul of hundreds of electronic systems that include satellite terminals, radio and radar systems, telephones, electro-optics, night vision and anti-intrusion devices, airborne surveillance equipment, navigational instruments, electronic warfare and guidance and control systems for tactical missiles.
Tobyhanna began training on-site with their VirtualPaint system back in 2008 and then in early August 2009, Tobyhanna began holding the STAR4D certification course. Along with holding certification courses, Tobyhanna has been a great partner with the STAR4D in blasting research.
