Jordan Burrows
Environmental Specialist
Jordan Burrows is a May 2023 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in environmental science and minors in air quality and earth science. Prior to her current role at the IWRC, Jordan served as an environmental intern for the IWRC and was nominated for the UNI Student Employee of the Year. As one of three environmental specialists on staff, Jordan works with the Iowa Air Emissions Assistance Program, to assist small businesses with air quality reporting and recordkeeping, permit applications, and minor source emission inventories. She will also assist with on-site reviews and help businesses comply with stormwater, and hazardous waste regulations, while also helping businesses implement waste reduction strategies.
